Refunds and Reprints Policy

If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving it to request a refund or reprint. We are committed to reprinting any order affected by print quality or adherence issues. However, it's important to note that reprints won't be provided for low-quality uploaded files. If you have a different reason for seeking a refund or reprint, management approval is required before processing. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to address your concerns promptly and efficiently.

Simple Template Guidelines

File Format:

• Prefer Vector,PDF, PNG format
• Aim for 300+ DPI for optimal quality

File Handling:

• Embed any imported files for seamless printing
• Avoid mirroring images in your template

Backgrounds:

• Keep backgrounds transparent for a clean look

Text Handling:

• Expand all text to paths for smooth processing

Following these straightforward guidelines ensures a hassle-free and effective template submission process.

The pressing instructions for transfers are as follows:

1. Pre-Press (optional): It is recommended to remove moisture by pre-pressing. However, this step is not necessary.

2. Position Your Design: Take your time to align the transfer in the desired location on your item. Heat-resistant tape is usually not required for flat heat presses. However, for pressing transfers onto hats or using an iron, it is highly recommended to use heat-resistant tape to keep the transfer in place.

3. Press: Apply medium-high pressure and set the heat between 280°F-310°F. Press the transfer onto the item for 15 seconds. It is important not to exceed the recommended temperature or time as it may damage the garment. To prevent any direct contact between the iron and the garment, use parchment paper or a Teflon sheet as a protective layer.

4. Let It Cool and Peel: Allow the transfer to cool down until it is no longer hot to the touch (at least 15-30 seconds). Once cooled, gently lift the transfer from one corner and peel it back. This ensures proper adhesion of the design to the item. If the design does not transfer completely or partially, and the transfer was cool when peeling, it indicates the need for more heat, pressure, or time. In such cases, press the transfer again with additional pressure and time (+5-10 seconds). If the issue persists, try increasing the heat by 15°F increments until you find the appropriate settings.

5. Final Press & Wash Instructions: To enhance durability, soften the design, and eliminate shine, place parchment paper or a Teflon sheet over the design and press it again for 15 seconds. If a shiny finish is desired, use a Teflon sheet during the final press. When washing the item, turn it inside out and wash on a cold setting. For drying, use low heat or hang the item.
