Important: We print what is submitted/approved. HD DTF does not “fix” low-quality artwork. High-definition printing requires clean, high-resolution files—your final print quality will match the quality of the artwork you provide.

If you have any issues with your purchase, please let us know within 30 days. We can either refund you or send you a new order. We guarantee to reprint any order affected by printing quality or adherence issues. Please note that we do not offer reprints for files uploaded in poor quality. Any other requests for refunds or reprints must be approved by management.

• Resolution of 300 DPI: To ensure optimal quality, your artwork should have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.
• Preferred File Formats: Use Vector, PDF, or PNG files for the best results.

• Maintain Transparent Backgrounds: For a cleaner appearance, avoid reflecting images in your template.
• Convert Text to Paths: Transform all text into paths for efficient processing.

DTF Transfer Application Instructions

1. Trim off any color registration strips and order id information from around your image, using scissors. These will stick to the clothing if not taken off.
2. Preheat the garment for 3-5 seconds to remove excess moisture. Let the garment cool before adding the transfer.
3. Place the transfer on the shirt - white side down, image facing up.
4. Press at 300F for 10 seconds under very medium pressure.
5. For Hot Peel: Peel the DTF film as soon as you lift your Heat press.
6. For cold Peel: Let the DTF film cool down for 1 min before peeling the film.
7. Cover the image with parchment paper and press again for 5 seconds. You can use a Teflon sheet, butcher paper, or tissue paper.
8. 
   Please note: If the image does not come off completely, repress with the image in place, and repeel the film.

Care Instructions: Turn the garment inside out. Machine wash cold. No bleach. No softener.

Do not dry clean or iron. Tumble dry low.press.

When washing the item, turn it inside out and wash on a cold setting. For drying, use low heat or hang the item.
